Experience and Background

Samuel Silvers is a corporate, securities and general business lawyer who is Of Counsel to our New York office.  Sam's practice consists of drafting a wide range of corporate documents, such as stockholders' agreements, partnership and LLC operating agreements, loan and security agreements, supply and license agreements, leases, employment agreements, private offering memoranda, subscription documents and opinion letters.  He also handles mergers and acquisitions and public securities practice, including 1933 Act offerings and 1934 Act compliance, including Form S-1s, 10-Ks, proxy statements, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Forms 3, 4 and 5 and 13Ds/13Gs, as well as corporate governance
Sam is originally from Middletown, New York but has been living in New York City since 1978.
Education

Sam is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia Law School and has been practicing law for over 20 years.
