Our Services. Our firm provides legal services in four basic fields; corporate, litigation, real estate and high-tech/IP.

Our corporate team deals with a variety of international and domestic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate structuring, trusts and partnerships, tax, anti-trust, licensing, governmental regulation, investment rounds, off-shore and international corporate planning and business relations. A lion part of the work handled by our corporate team involves drafting and negotiating of contracts such as investment, employment, partner/shareholder/member and joint venture agreements.

Our litigation team handles medium and large-scale commercial disputes litigated in State and Federal jurisdictions, including plaintiff and defendant representation in commercial matters, bankruptcy, probates, intellectual property and employment disputes, enforcement of foreign awards, appellate proceedings, providing US-based opinions to foreign jurisdictions, representing clients or serving as neutrals in alternative dispute resolutions and serving as receivers, administrators and executors in probate and other matters.

Our real estate team represents clients purchasing, selling, leasing or financing real properties in NY and other jurisdictions and advises clients in respect to formulation of joint ventures and various real estate funds.

Our high-tech & intellectual property team assists clients with registration of copyrights, trademarks and patents for technology, life sciences and other industries, handles internet commerce, website and domain name law, consults in respect to domestic and international IP transfers and licenses and provides a comprehensive legal solution for Israeli and other non-US technology companies doing business in the US.

We also assist clients with various personal US law matters, including wills, trusts and estate law, not-for-profit law and other services as set forth in “Practice Areas”.

Our International Focus. Our international practice and cross-border legal work provided by our clients, require us to maintain relationships with attorneys in other States in the US, in Europe, in South America, the Pacific Rim and the Middle East. Along with our affiliate office in Tel Aviv, we are members of TerraLex, an international network of over 150 leading independent law firms in nearly 100 countries serving the business and personal interests of clients whose requirements transcend their national borders.
