Experience and Background
Joshua Glikman is a corporate and securities attorney with a focus on business transactions and corporate financings.
Josh represents both public and private clients (both domestic and foreign) in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions and general corporate matters. Josh represents domestic and foreign clients in connection with public offerings, private placements and equity arrangements, and 1934 Act reporting requirements and corporate governance matters. Josh also represents private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, in connection with fund formation, organizational structuring and regulatory compliance. Josh also has substantial experience with merger and acquisition transactions and financing arrangements and restructuring and other corporate transactions ranging from very large to medium and smaller-sized transactions.
Josh also acts as counsel for a variety of different clients, consisting of both entities and individuals, relating to joint venture arrangements, partnership, shareholder, operating and other similar agreements, bank loan and other financing arrangements, technology licensing, marketing and distribution arrangements, employment agreements and other business contracts and general corporate matters. Josh also advises clients on health care related matters and in connection with leasing and other matters involving real property transactions.
Josh is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
