Experience and Background

Alexander "Sasha" Bau is an associate in our New York Office. Sasha advises clients on wide variety of matters relating to corporate and securities law, intellectual property law, and commercial and administrative law.

Sasha was born in Moscow, Russia and immigrated to Israel at a young age. Sasha came to New York in 1999 and joined Heiman Law Group, P.C. (which later merged with Shiboleth LLP) as a summer associate after his first year of law school in 2004. After completing his law education and becoming a member of the New York Bar, Sasha joined Shiboleth LLP as a full time associate.  

Education

Sasha is a graduate of New York Law School and of Seton Hall University where he completed his undergraduate studies in Diplomacy, International Relations and Spanish Literature (Summa Cum Laude).

Sasha speaks Russian and Hebrew with native proficiency, fluent Spanish and is conversant in French and Italian.
