Shiboleth, Yisraeli, Roberts & Zisman, LLP was established in 1976 and maintains its principal office in New York City.  At this location are attorneys admitted in several states in the United States as well as Israel.  We are primarily engaged in international tax planning, securities, corporate transactions, and litigation, as well as domestic U.S. law matters.  We also specialize in commercial matters, securities, real estate, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, tax matters and arbitration.  We have established a select team of attorneys with particular expertise in legal, fiscal, and business matters who offer close, personal attention to each of our clients and their business and legal concerns.  We provide advice and counsel to our clients with respect to their domestic and international activities, including structuring of complex international corporate groups and transactions.  Our team-oriented approach via our collaboration with the Tel Aviv affiliate office ensures the best representation for individuals and companies with cross-border transactions or litigation.

Shiboleth engages in a diverse practice, dealing with the requirements of multi-national companies and dual resident individuals engaged in business mainly in the Americas, Israel, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.  We seek to meet the domestic law needs of our clients in specific geographic areas while continuing to ensure that the integrity of the client's international structure is not compromised.  Our lawyers work in collaboration with affiliated offices which represent both the domestic and international interests of a variety of U.S. and foreign corporations and numerous multi-national joint ventures and entities, as well as several public companies listed on the U.S. and European stock exchanges.
