Experience and Background
Robert A. Rosenberg is Of Counsel to the New York office. Robert has a wide range of experience negotiating, analyzing, resolving and litigating all aspects of real estate, business, co-op, condo and landlord/tenant matters. His background in New York real estate development and construction brings a depth of understanding to his role in advising large and small businesses, co-ops, condominiums, landlords, tenants and individuals.
Since joining Shiboleth LLP in 2010, Robert has expanded his practice, representing clients in corporate proceedings in both State and Appellate Court. Robert also handles intellectual property matters for the firm.
Robert began his legal career in 2004 as a Law Clerk in the negligence department at Weitz & Luxenberg P.C. From 2006 to 2009, Robert joined Marlboro Group International, a real estate development and construction company, where he was in charge of various commercial and residential development projects throughout Manhattan. In 2009 he joined Rosenberg & Pittinsky, LLP, which specializes in commercial and real estate litigation and transactional matters.
Robert is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
Education
Robert received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2004 and is a graduate of New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate, from which he received a Masters in Real Estate Development in 2008. Robert also attended the University of Michigan (B.S., 2000, Political Science). In 2000 Robert received the University of Michigan Distinguished Leadership Award.
