POSITION:                 Attorney (Business Law) (New York, NY)
           
DUTIES:                      Represent business and individual clients, including foreign high net worth individuals, in court, arbitration and mediation proceedings involving domestic and international commercial disputes in matters including corporate, financial, securities, and intellectual property laws. Advise domestic and foreign clients on securities laws, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and corporate governance. Examine documents, evidence and testimonies and interview clients and witnesses in English, Hebrew and Russian. Study Federal, State and foreign laws for cases. Draft court filings, briefs, memoranda, opinions and contracts. Interpret domestic and foreign laws for clients.  Liaise between foreign clients and firm in Hebrew and Russian. Perform review and analysis of foreign legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS:      J.D degree and license to practice law in New York State
